Go to your Newtn workspace.
Click on your Profile at the top right of the screen.
Then click on Editorial line.
This takes you to a summary tab. If no element of your editorial line has been entered, this summary will be empty. To fill it in, go to the first “Personas” tab.
To create a persona, click on “Add a persona”.
A pop-up window opens, allowing you to enter the name you wish to give to this persona. We recommend using the professional title for the name.
Once you’ve filled in the name, you’ll be taken to the personae file. You must complete it. You can also use Newtn’s AI to fill in the form automatically. All you have to do is fill in 3 fields: name (which you’ve already filled in), age and city. Once you’ve filled these in, you can launch the AI, which fills in the other fields in just a few seconds. You can modify them at any time. The information are automatically saved.
Now you can move on to the next tab, entitled “Brand voice”. Select up to 4 attributes for your Brand voice. If you make a mistake, deselect the incorrect attribute. Again, information are automatically saved.
Then, click on the “Formats” tab and select the formats you usually produce in your editorial line. Again, information are automatically saved.
Now click on “Goals” to define the objectives of your editorial line. These objectives are to be filled in using the SMART matrix. Once again, information are automatically saved.
To finalize your editorial line on Newtn., enter the main SEO keywords on which you wish to focus your content production. Separate them by pressing the “Enter” key on your keyboard, or by adding a comma. As for the rest, information are automatically saved.
Your editorial line is now complete. When you return to the summary tab, you’ll see all the information you’ve added.
